MANUFACTURAS CEYLAN, S.L. has implemented the “PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE MODULE” project within the IVACE SME Digitalization Projects Aid Program (DIGITALIZA-CV TRANSFORMACIÓN) 2021, receiving a grant of €3,600. This grant is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
At the end of this project, we will have a preventive maintenance module fully integrated with our ERP.

MANUFACTURAS CEYLÁN, S.L. has implemented the “DIGITALIZATION PROJECT TO FACILITATE TELEWORKING” within the IVACE SME Digitalization Projects Aid Program (DIGITALIZA-CV), co-financed by ERDF Funds, receiving a grant of €11,084.13.
This project was developed to address the teleworking needs of employees and has resulted in the acquisition of personal computers and software developments to facilitate remote group work and access to shared networks.
As a result, our employees can attend to their work responsibilities when traveling to the company headquarters is not possible or advisable.

MANUFACTURAS CEYLAN, S.L. has implemented the project “DIGITALIZATION FOR TELEWORKING: ADVANCED SECURITY SYSTEMS AND REMOTE EQUIPMENT MONITORING” within the IVACE SME Digitalization Projects Aid Program (DIGITALIZA-CV TELEWORKING) 2021, receiving a grant of €6,036.69. This grant is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
The company has equipped itself with software, hardware, and external auditing tools to ensure maximum system security against external intrusions.

In 2018, MANUFACTURAS CEYLÁN, S.L. implemented the project “DIGITALIZATION TO PROMOTE INTEROPERABILITY IN FACTORIES” within the IVACE “SME Digitalization Projects 2017” Aid Program, co-financed by ERDF Funds, receiving a grant of €19,999.99.
This project was designed with two objectives:
a) To improve the company’s comprehensive management, share information among employees, and facilitate their mobile productivity.
b) To provide speed, accessibility, and reliability to the information provided by the PLCs and other automation systems in the production plant.
Both achievements have been achieved through investments in expansions of our ERP management system and in the production plant’s digitalization process.
The results are already evident in variables such as the speed of data retrieval, increased productivity across all departments due to the reduction in time allocated to each task, and the minimization of human error.

“MANUFACTURAS CEYLAN has received €13,699.73 in aid from the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness, under the “AID FOR INTERNATIONALIZATION PLANS” program for the 2017 fiscal year, for the “Foreign Promotion Plan: Trade Shows 2017” project.
Manufacturas Ceylan, as part of its foreign promotion plan, attended a series of trade shows in China, Mexico, and Las Vegas in 2017, with the aim of consolidating the Mexican market, continuing the process of opening up the Chinese market, and entering the US market. The results of our efforts have been entirely satisfactory.”

“FINANCIAL SUPPORT FROM IVACE THROUGH THE DIGITALIZE CV PROGRAM” “SUPPORT FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION FOR HAVING BEEN SELECTED IN THE FEDER PROJECT OF THE VALENCIAN COMMUNITY 2014-2020”19 Jun 2025 · 13:30
In 2017, MANUFACTURAS CEYLAN implemented the “PLC and SCADA Implementation and Startup Project” within the IVACE “SME Digitalization Projects 2016” Aid Program, receiving a grant of €8,090.07.
The project consisted of installing a SCADA system for production control and incorporating PLC computers for the automation and control of mixing machines, granulators, and grease reactors. The objective of the SCADA system was to provide process information to operators, supervisors, maintenance personnel, and others. The PLC installation aimed to resolve machine sequencing issues, save maintenance costs, streamline electricity consumption, and more, all while communicating via a network with the SCADA.
The project is complete. The SCADA system and PLCs are already operational, having achieved the expected results. Among other things, we highlight: we have obtained information on the machines’ operating data, we have been able to detect and resolve anomalies, we have obtained the necessary data for product traceability, we have automated the machine start-up and shutdown sequences, and we have simplified the work of the operators.

CEYLAN has obtained its first CDTI award for the project “Biopolymeric Seasonings Implemented with Edible Coatings for the Surface of Snacks with Controlled Aromatic Properties.”19 Jun 2025 · 13:28
Our R&D department has received significant funding to carry out this ambitious project, which seeks to substantially improve the adherence of seasonings to the surfaces of different types of snacks.
The differences between seasoning formulations mean that each flavor has a different degree of adherence and caking. Manufacturing processes must be constantly adjusted and tested to adapt to each flavor, making it difficult to control the amount of seasoning applied.
After listening to and experimenting with our customers’ concerns for years, we had a clear goal: to obtain a base formula that would allow the addition of all types of flavorings to various types of snacks and in various application methods, maintaining the premise of a “natural composition” while seeking greater aroma stability. With the support of the CDTI (Center for Industrial Technological Development), a department of the Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Competitiveness that promotes innovation and technological development in the country’s companies, we have been able to carry out this interesting project, which has been co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) within the Smart Growth Operational Program 2014-2020, which aims to boost research, technological development, and innovation.

On February 17th and 18th, our technical specialization courses for butchers took place at our facilities in Valencia. Our clients were able to perfect different product preparation techniques, learn about the new developments our company continually offers, and put them into practice within their businesses.
According to participants, it’s a pleasant way to meet colleagues and share interests and experiences that help us evolve in our work.

The second edition of “Fermented Meat” took place from October 20th to 23rd, organized by the IATA of the CSIC (National Institute of Statistics and CSIC). There is a wide variety of fermented meats around the world with unique characteristics, especially for intense and distinctive flavors. Processing remains quite traditional in many cases, and the introduction of innovations is a topic of intense debate in all countries. This event was an excellent opportunity to discuss important topics related to the quality, safety, and nutritional value of fermented meats.
